How to get nice, big buttocks

Thanks to celebrities and fashion icons such as Jennifer Lopez (affectionately known as J.Lo) and Beyonce, big, round butts are very much in demand among women these days. It used to be that everyone wanted a behind that was on the flatter end and not much of a curve. Telling a woman that she has a big butt was then an insult, and now is a compliment that many women would love to hear. Men love curves, and after seeing the appreciation that men have for the round-bottomed girls, women are now seeking to make their behinds nicer, rounder and larger.

Do not despair if you are not naturally blessed with a full bottom, there are a few tips and tricks that will get your buttocks to a nice size. This is not to say that you will be the next Kim Kardashian, but I am sure that a couple inches of an increase to your butt circumference will leave you much happier than you were before.

Exercises to get a nice butt

Exercises are the BEST way to go if you want to increase the size of your butt. Weight training dramatically increases the glute muscles if done right. This is not to say that you should completely stay away from cardio exercises, but since cardio reduces the fat content in your body, it is best to go with more weight training and resistance exercises. Ladies, DO NOT be scared of weights - they will not give you freakishly large arms. They will give your muscles a beautiful, feminine definition and a gorgeous toned shape. Those women who do have extremely large muscles take MANY, MANY supplements. Women simply do not have enough testosterone to go that far when it comes to building muscle size. This is not to say that our glutes cannot get larger - glutes are one of the largest muscles and with enough training, you will be able to get to a nice size.

Some exercises that would help you in getting a large butt are -

1. Side lunge

2. Walking lunges with dumb bells

3. Hip extensions, and most importantly

4. SQUATS, SQUATS, SQUATS!

Squats are a miracle exercise when it comes to butt shaping, so look up some youtube videos or find a personal trainer and be sure to do some squats. In a few months, you should be able to see a fantastic difference! Remember, right FORM is important. Quality is better than quantity when it comes to gaining muscle size.

Tip

High-calorie food is important when it comes to gaining muscle. Be sure to take in lots of proteins, especially immediately before and after your workouts.

Food for a bigger butt

There are many misconceptions that I see floating around the internet that keep mentioning that eating corn bread and all sorts of unhealthy food give you a big butt. This is SIMPLY FALSE. Well, yes, eating these food will give you a large butt as LONG AS you do not mind gaining weight everywhere else. These food will NOT CHANGE your proportions.

There are some reports of maca root and maca powder causing women to get large butts. I am not quite sure how valid these accounts are, but there is enough stir that giving maca a try might be worth it. Maca comes from a type of roots mostly found in Peru, and is supposed to have hormonal effects that cause women to have fuller butts and thighs.

Cosmetic Butt Augmentation

I am not the biggest fan of cosmetic surgery, but then again, if you are desperate surgery might be a good option for you. Say you have tried all the above options, and nothing works. If you do not mind cosmetic surgery and spending money, then it is time to think about the Brazilian butt lift surgery. There are two types of butt augmentation procedures -

1. Butt implants

Butt implants are meant for women who have very small amounts of body fat overall. Foreign implants are inserted to the buttocks. However, these implants usually cause complications and is the least recommended butt augmentation procedure by surgeons.

2. Brazilian Butt Lift Surgery

This is a surgery that is proven to give extremely satisfactory results. This procedure has almost no complications and works wonders. The great thing about this surgery is that it uses the fat grafting technique - that is it takes fat from the stomach, the back, love handles and anywhere else, and is injected to the butt after the fat is purified. You will have great, natural looking results with an HOURGLASS figure. It will be your own fat so there will be very low chances of complications and rejections. Plus, the idea of getting a flat stomach, nice arms and a completely body lift along with a big, round butt is VERY tempting - especially because women with flat butts tend to store most of their fat in very unflattering areas.

Words of Warning

Please stay away from any kind of cosmetic procedure recommended by those who are not certified to perform the procedures. There an increasing number of deaths due to hydrogel and silicone injections performed to the buttock area by those who are not even qualified to perform these procedures. For any kind of procedure, make sure to go to a board certified plastic surgeon. Your life is more important than getting a bigger butt.
